Recommendation for Visa Angels, visa facilitator

I came to Cuenca in June of 2018 and Jodie Mansfield was my facilitator. Jodie and her Angels got me through the process quickly, and easily. They were clear in communicating the process, they were honest, and their prices were fair. Because they are professionals, they made the process look easy. It is not an easy process. The procedures change on a moment’s notice, the State Department made a mistake in my paperwork and Jodie took it all in stride.

Jodie contacted me at the beginning of this year and told me in May we could submit for my permanent visa. For the permanent visa I worked with Sara Carcamo, a relatively new employee, but she was well trained and totally prepared. Sara told me exactly what documents were needed and made sure that every "i" was dotted and "t" was crossed. Again, the ministry at the last minute made a new request. Sara, like Jodie, just took it in stride and assured me everything would be fine. The package was submitted electronically and within two days I received my permanent resident visa.
